Sorry to alienate my title EO is a self-made abbreviation for Eat Out. I already gone through a lot of travel and fashion post and after all of those I felt hungry for foodies. So, where we eat now? @Stackers. Stackers is an Australian food house located at Eastwood City just right across TGI Fridays and Johnny Rockets, and to the right if you’re facing Seafood Island. You would know it once you see of course the name Stackers and a lot of trans-light featuring yummy burgers. The store is located in the middle of an array of food houses and the entire ambiance is shouting you to load all the calories that you can.
All right – to tell you first; you know that though I am blogging about fashion travel and food, I am not into super high class food stores because aside from I am afraid of getting speechless after looking at the menu, I have this fear of having my pocket fully raptured after getting a stomach full meal. One reason why I love the Filipino dishes and restaurants, you don’t have to think you just have to eat. Today, since I made a promise to my sisters to dine-out – I really went out of food houses to think since I came from work and was a bit tired already so we went here (a cartwheel away from our office).
We had our orders – and I am not sure if you also do this but for us four or five or six with my cousins; we usually order different menus from each other because I love tasting all the foods that they ordered. So I am the one who always says “no choose the other one or try this one” haha and since I am the eldest “ate-atehan mode” my little sisters always agree.
Freaking hungry I ordered chicken with rice and Jac went for the double patty burger – Charlotte got the meal supposedly for kids and bang is taking her pasta diet.
Now were full, what can I say? First is – I was really surprised that almost everything are huge in here. The spoon and fork are huge and I honestly find it a bit odd to use since I am itsy bitsy tiny little woman and add the weight of this steels – I felt tired first in pulling off the utensils to work for me than getting full – darn ignorant. Stop, now forward with the food; I can say it’s yummy and I would really feel so frustrated if it didn’t taste that way because their meals are pricey.
This store is a bit pricey – not the store I want to eat my regular everyday meal. But the foods are so delicious just so I can say that the price is just right. The servings are huge, huge enough to give me a headache and make me feel so sleepy after eating. But all in all – dining was ridiculously fine and fun.
Just a thing though “it’s not how much you spent from your pocket but it’s how you spent time with the people who surely matters most.”
